Beryl is now included in the Fedora Extras repository. You can install it with yum or pirut. The easiest way is to install a meta package which will install all other needed files through dependencies.
Depending on your desktop environment, these meta packages are "beryl-kde" or "beryl-gnome". You can start Beryl with the command "beryl-manager".
