Tertiary group calls on open source experts for community learning project

A venture funded by the Ministry of Education's e-learning Collaborative Development Fund, implemented by ITPNZ and led by Bay of Plenty Polytechnic is seeking to develop an Open Source Gateway for its SPEEKS Gateway Project.

The project goal is to provide easy and clear access to e-learning Collaborative Development Fund (eCDF) project resources and wider e-Learning outputs. It also seeks to provide a community environment where users can collaborate on projects, discuss and develop best practice, and build and grow their own communities based around eLearning interests. The project will also identify and work with the group that will best maintain the site long term.
