OLPC $100 laptop Linux user interface video
Here is a new video of the "Sugar" user interface for the $100 One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) laptop. As you may know, the mission of this non-profit association is to develop a low-cost laptop—the "$100 Laptop"—a technology that could revolutionize how we educate the world's children.
OLPC is working with Red Hat on a Linux kernel for the machine, but are opening up the design; it is inevitable that there will be several variants of Linux to choose from, as well as some version of Windows, and perhaps an OS X offering.
